Run. Lift. Stretch. Repeat. Your usual fitness routine can get a little, well, routine. Fortunately, at FIT360 Interactive Fitness our workout experience completely reinvents what it means to go to the gym.

The bright, open rooms have plenty of space to move around, and even the color scheme is designed to have a positive effect on mood: blue helps concentration, red energises, and green relaxes.

Our 45-minute classes focus on functional movements, resistance, bodyweight exercises, and balance challenges for an effective routine that targets you’re your larger muscle groups as well as your smaller, stabilising muscles. After you finish a FIT360 workout, you’ll be out of breath, dripping in sweat, and most importantly, wearing a smile.

Class Descriptions

HIIT FIT: A 45 minute class where you give YOUR 100% effort through quick bursts of exercises, followed by short periods of recovery. Your workout comes to life with walls and floors that light up and respond to touch, becoming your teammate, competitor or target. FIT360 trains all major muscle groups with specific movements designed to build endurance, strength, coordination, stability, agility, power, and overall fitness. Your heart rate will go up and stay up, burning more fat in less time. It’s the fastest way to get fit!

Cardio FIT: No boring treadmill cardio workouts here! This high octane program using PRAMA technology is all about the heart rate. It's 45 minutes of short bursts of high intensity exercises followed by a quick recovery. You want to get fit and torch more body fat, then this is the class for you!

Strong FIT: This class is what it says. Want to get stronger, build more lean muscle mass, improve power, coordination and endurance, then StrongFIT is for you. Using a variety of equipment including Suspension straps, ViPRs, Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Barbells, Bands and Balls, just to name a few, this will create a stronger YOU!

Core FIT: Want to improve your balance, stability, be able to train harder and stronger? Then CoreFIT is the class to do it. Training our stabiliser muscles means not only improving your training performance, but everyday activities will become easier. And then there’s the dynamic six pack!

Box FIT: SO WHAT IS BOXFIT??

Boxfit is a fat burning, cardiovascular, strength and toning workout.
It is based on the training used for boxing so it includes skipping, boxing drills including footwork and abdominal workouts – all focusing on fitness and toning.
It's all about working up a sweat and toning those muscles.
You partner up, one partner wearing boxing pads and the other wearing gloves and you are instructed on different punches, boxing techniques and footwork, you then swap gloves and pads, so everyone gets the same work out … this is fun part and really works your arms and upper body. The footwork part works your legs and although it can be tricky to get the timing and the technique right you can only get better with practice.
And it's a great stress release tool!

meta FIT: WHAT IS METAFIT??

Created by a former Royal Marine Commando Metafit™ combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest HIIT training techniques to set the metabolism on fire!
Workout to a track with easy to follow commands and work/ rest intervals. New sessions produced monthly.
To burn fat you need to change the resting metabolism, work big muscle groups with simple non choreographed, high-intensity intervals and get quick results. ... all you need is 1/2 an hour.

Zumba: SO WHAT IS ZUMBA??

Perfect for everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.
We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Family FIT: Workout with your children, aimed at improving coordination, speed, strength and reflexes. Designed to encourage families to participate in fun activities to help live a healthy lifestyle. Share special family time as well as being fit and healthy, all within a fun environment. With special sensors in our walls and floors, it’s a unique concept all designed to keep fitness FUN!

Mums & Bubs FIT: An exercise fitness class uniquely formulated to meet the needs of mums (dads are welcome also) with babies while getting fit themselves. Classes include circuits of functional exercises designed to improve your core strength and fitness.

Extend FIT: ExtendFIT builds your flexibility and strength. Controlled breathing is paired with a series of carefully structured stretches, moves and poses. You will learn to completely relax your mind and body, bringing you into a state of harmony and balance. Set perfectly to music to help you unwind…. it’s very easy to forget that you are changing your body.

Steady Steps: This is a falls prevention program aimed at our older adults. Focussing on vitality, functional movement, strength, balance, and coordination, this class will keep your body moving at its best, and having fun at the same time.
