Our 45-minute classes focus on functional movements, resistance, bodyweight exercises, and balance challenges for an effective routine that targets you’re your larger muscle groups as well as your smaller, stabilising muscles. After you finish a FIT360 workout, you’ll be out of breath, dripping in sweat, and most importantly, wearing a smile.

FUNCTIONAL FIT: A 45 minute circuit based class designed to improve muscle memory, stabilisation and your sixth sense. Your workout comes to life with walls and floors that light up and respond to touch, becoming your teammate, competitor or target. FIT360 trains all major muscle groups with specific movements designed to build endurance, strength, coordination, stability, agility, power, and overall fitness. The interactive training improves your movements to enhance your performance in work, sports, and daily life, and engages you in a way that makes time fly!
ATHLETICFIT: This class is to make you a better competitor, whether it be on the sporting field or against yourself. Using PRAMA technology for drills, including LED lights to improve ball skills, agility, reaction time, speed, and strength in any sport. This class will improve all aspects of your game and fitness, giving you the edge.
TURBOFIT: A 30 minute, high intensity, circuit class designed to push your body to its limits. The class uses walls and floors that light up and respond to touch, to take you out of your comfort zone and be the ultimate competitor. An entire body workout to build endurance, strength, balance, speed, agility, reaction time and overall fitness. Time will be over before you know it!
KIDSFIT: A 45 minute class aimed at increasing children’s coordination, speed, strength and reflexes. Designed to encourage children to participate in fun activities to help live a healthy lifestyle. And Mums and Dads can get involved too!
MUMS & BUBSFIT: An exercise fitness class uniquely formulated to meet the needs of mums (dads are welcome also) with babies while getting fit themselves. Classes include aerobic exercises along with a circuit of functional body weight resistance exercises designed to improve your core strength and fitness.
EXTENDFIT: ExtendFIT builds your flexibility and strength. Controlled breathing is paired with a series of carefully structured stretches, moves and poses. You will learn to completely relax your mind and body, bringing you into a state of harmony and balance. Set perfectly to music to help you unwind…. it’s very easy to forget that you are changing your body.
POWERFIT: These classes are designed to build strength, power, coordination and endurance. Using a variety of equipment such as weights, kettlebells, bands, balls and numerous other tools, to take your body to its best. With the PRAMA technology, alongside the various equipment, you can build lean muscle mass, tone up, and create a stronger you!
STEADYSTEPS: This is a falls prevention program aimed at our older adults. Focussing on vitality, functional movement, strength, balance, and coordination, this class will keep your body moving at its best, and having fun at the same time.
